WHAT IS AN INDUSTRY-LINKED PROJECT?

An Industry-Linked Project is a project developed in the business sector. Its main objective is to apply and generate knowledge or solve specific problems, either through research activities, assistance, or service extension. These actions support the competencies and content of the subjects studied throughout the engineering degree.


BENEFITS FOR THE COMPANY

  • Allows for a “pre-selection” of personnel before hiring, making the recruitment and selection process more efficient.

UABC COMMITMENTS

  • Promote among students the execution of Industry-Linked Projects in companies that require it.
  • Assign a tutor or supervisor to each participating student.

  • Provide the infrastructure, tools, materials, and support for the development of the project.
  • Assign a tutor or supervisor to each participating student.
  • Inform UABC of any anomalies in the project development.
  • Evaluate and grade each student.
