This form must be used by laboratory instructors at the beginning of each semester or academic period to plan the use of chemical reagents in advance. Its purpose is to ensure the timely availability of the necessary materials for laboratory sessions, preventing setbacks due to shortages or lack of preparation.
Only the items listed in the schedule will be provided, so instructors are asked to carefully review the content of each laboratory activity to ensure that all requirements are correctly specified. This will help provide better service and optimize material preparation.
In case of changes to the date, modifications to the lab activities, or cancellation of sessions, the instructor must promptly notify the warehouse manager and send the updated schedule at least 24 hours before the next session.
The form must be submitted to the warehouse staff and the Coordination of Chemistry Laboratories and Storage no later than the first week of the semester, via email at: almacenquim.fcqi@uabc.edu.mx and laboratoriosquim.fcqi@uabc.edu.mx
