Process for Completing the Professional Social Service:
- The student submits the final report upon completing their professional social service.
- The program supervisor in the Receiving Unit reviews the final report to ensure it meets the requirements.
- The Receiving Unit approves the final report, and the Social Service coordinator in the Academic Unit verifies compliance with the requirements.
- The Academic Unit approves the final report and accredits the corresponding hours. If the student has completed the required 480 hours, upon approval by the Academic Unit, the report is sent for review by the Professional Social Service analyst.
- The Professional Social Service analyst reviews the final report to confirm compliance with the requirements.
- The final report is approved, and an official certificate of completion of the Professional Social Service is issued to the student.
